·         Ordered all stock and machine parts from three main suppliers and keeping a regular check of stock levels by making sure that when stock or parts were used they were all listed and stock reordered as required.

·         Trained all staff in the correct procedures required when operating machinery

·         Trained all staff in the use of a variety of printing and mailing machines both online, through web-based training material combined with on the job training

·         Managed the whole printing account process.This involved dealing directly with clients from initial meetings providing the brief, producing a blueprint of the final product, platemaking, costings, final setup, printing, processing right through to the final mailing

·         Project-managed a wide variety of large volume print runs of £500,000 + and ranging in volume right up to 5-6 million items


·         Instrumental in implementing comprehensive staff training programme. This was significantly over and above scope of role definition

·         Introduced better manufacturing processes reducing wastage and machine downtime  by 3-4%
