French Speaking Customer Services Administrator

We are currently seeking a French speaking customer services administrator to fulfil the role of International customer services administrator for an international company based in Exeter. This role is based in the operations department reporting directly into the customer services manager.

The Role:

The International Customer Services Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate handling of B2B Customer Service enquiries of a dedicated account base via Email, fax, web and phone. 

This includes: 

-Accurate, swift customer order and credit processing onto the company system 

-Manage sales orders and customer enquiries to conclusion

-Communicate and resolve customer complaints within set company timelines

-Monitor and manage deliveries as well as backorders of dedicated account base

-Liaise with, manage and nurture a successful relationship with internal and external customers

-Learn and disseminate accurate information about the company and its products to support existing and potential clients 

-Maintain records and files of work conducted

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English as well as French to a mother-tongue standard, have proven Customer Service experience in an office environment and be able to multi-task whilst working to set deadlines and follow established company processes.

Further requirements:

- Strong attention to detail 

- Excellent communication skills

- Positive and pro-active attitude towards tasks

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems 

- Capable of successfully working within a team as well as on their own 

- Ability to take ownership of tasks and show initiative within company guidelines 

- Highly organised and strategic approach to tasks/projects given

Desirable skills/experience:

- Proven experience in a B2B Customer Service environment

- SAP/ERP Systems experience

- Additional European Language skills would be beneficial but not essential
